Flammulina velutipes 200g Fat Beef 300g
Mishima bibimbap juice 100g
Production of Flammulina velutipes Fat Beef Roll
Step 1
Wash Flammulina velutipes. In order to look good and not be too long, I cut it in half, and I saved them at the end (at the top of the picture) to make a nest egg fat beef rice. Hee hee, of course, you can cut it if you think it is unnecessary.
Second step
Put Flammulina velutipes on the fat cow, roll it up and fix it with a toothpick.
Third step
A small fire in a non-stick pan can be fried with some oil. In the process, the fat beef rolls are constantly turned to ensure that the ingredients are evenly heated and cooked.
Fourth step
When the surface of the fat beef roll is almost cooked, add 3 tablespoons Mishima Gaimi juice (there is absolutely no advertising fee, just a delicious pure homemade soy sauce), (if Gaimi juice is not available, you can also use soy sauce, miso and a little sugar instead), then add a proper amount of water and stew it according to your own taste.
Step five
It is easy to judge whether the fat beef roll is well done, just look at whether it is much smaller than the size before cooking. The cooked fat beef roll is so small compared with before! Finally, the juice can be collected by fire.
