Bububei, commonly known as Bai Bei, is called Bububei because the shell will make the sound of Bububei when cooked. Bububei is a traditional Shunde dish, which belongs to the seafood hot pot dish in Cantonese cuisine and is rich in nutrition.
Bububei is mainly composed of Bai Bei, and Bai Bei contains major elements such as calcium carbonate, sodium, potassium, magnesium, aluminum, iron and trace elements such as strontium, phosphorus, titanium, lead and zinc, and contains about 14 amino acids, of which aspartic acid and glutamic acid are the main components.
