For ordinary foreign backpackers, when they travel to Agra, they mostly stay in the South Gate Square next to the Taj Mahal, so it has also developed into a gathering place for foreign tourists. Of course, it is not a place where rich people like luxury and quality travel, but a place where freelancers like it. 20 15 when we came here, it was still full of rubbish and potholes. We accidentally stepped on all kinds of "mines", such as feces and sewage. Three years later, we came back here again and found that the changes were quite great.

First of all, the floor tiles have been laid here, the central frustum has been repaired, the cameras have been installed, billboards have been set up and so on. Anyway, it has become much cleaner, and there are many shops around it, which is still developing rapidly. At least in the whole trip to India, the development of Agra South Gate is really visible and tangible.

Of course, there are more people, not only foreign tourists, but also local people coming to this place for parties and so on. It is estimated that there are many foreigners here, so we can do more publicity to help Indians go out, such as demanding the status of some women or unfair treatment of caste system. Then let's continue to sit on the rooftop of a restaurant, enjoy China meal and watch the excitement downstairs. I want to mention here that there used to be only one small restaurant that cooked Chinese food here in Nanmen Square, but now there is another one opposite him. However, the taste of this new restaurant is really unsatisfactory.

This new restaurant is beautifully decorated and more formal than the original one. It has a special kitchen and chef, as well as a special cashier and waiter. However, in an old shop that can cook Chinese food, the chefs, cashiers and waiters are all bosses, and the environment is not good. There is a Chinese menu in the new store, which reads: mutton covered rice 160 rupees (RMB 16 yuan), egg-wrapped rice 90 rupees (RMB 9 yuan), banana yogurt 50 rupees (RMB 5 yuan), stir-fried rice 100 rupees (RMB 10 yuan). Besides Chinese food, this new shop can also serve China people.

The food is sold in general, not obvious, and the taste is really flattering. It was really unpalatable, so in the next two days, we went back to our previous small restaurant to eat Chinese food. At least it didn't smell strange and it was passable.

There are many inns and inns in the south gate, with prices ranging from tens to hundreds of yuan. We stayed in this hotel, and the standard room price was 900 rupees, which is 90 yuan RMB. The room is clean, with plenty of hot water and WIFI available. As long as these three points are met, it is enough.
