1. Cut the long cucumber into four pieces, cut off the larger cucumber seeds (affecting the taste), and then obliquely cut the cucumber strips into thick pieces (as shown in the figure);
2. Wash and shred onions;
3. Sprinkle the cucumber and onion with fine salt, mix well and marinate for half an hour, and drain the excess juice;
4. Add minced garlic, pour a few spoonfuls of fruit vinegar, add chopped pepper, pour oyster sauce, mix well, seal and refrigerate for half an hour.
