Example: Chicken with bean flavor
[Ingredients] Chicken Crispy Bone 250g. 500g beans.
[Accessories] Shrimp skin 1 spoon, winter vegetables 1 00g, minced garlic1teaspoon.
[Seasoning] monosodium glutamate 3g, chicken essence 3g, ginger 3g, onion 5g, salt 1g, vinegar 3g, cooking wine 5g, sesame oil 3g and sugar 2g.
【 Practice 】 Cook the chicken crisp bones first and drain the water for later use.
2. Wash the beans and dry them with kitchen paper. Then chop the onion and slice the ginger. Soak dried shrimps in water until soft, and cut into powder. Wash and chop the winter vegetables.
3. Pour the oil into the pan, add the beans, fry until the skin is slightly wrinkled and remove. Spare.
4. Pour the oil, stir-fry the crispy bones with the remaining oil at the bottom of the pot, add ginger, onion, garlic and dried shrimps, stir-fry the winter vegetables until fragrant, and then add the previously fried beans.
5. When the color changes, add cooking wine and vinegar and continue to stir fry. Add other seasonings, turn off the fire and serve.
