1. Ingredients: half a tomato, 5 cloves of garlic, 1 small handful of fresh noodles, and 1 section of cucumber.
2. Preparation:
(1) Cut the tomatoes into slices, cut the garlic into minced garlic, or smash it into minced garlic with a garlic mortar, and cut the cucumber into shreds.
(2) Prepare a small bowl, put minced garlic in it, and add an appropriate amount of balsamic vinegar.
(3) Add fresh soy sauce and sesame oil.
(4) Add salt and oyster sauce, stir evenly, and put into a bowl.
(5) Add water to the soup pot and bring to a boil, add fresh noodles and cook for about 3 minutes. (Adjust the time according to the thickness of the noodles)
(6) After cooking, take it out, cool it in cold water, put it in a bowl, then add shredded cucumber and tomato slices, and top with Stirred garlic paste.
(7) Finally pour in the sesame sauce (the sesame sauce does not need to be untied), and that’s it. Stir evenly when eating, and you can also add chili oil according to personal preference.
