2.Xi Stone Tofu is made by cutting tender white tofu into small pieces, adding Flammulina velutipes, Auricularia auricula, minced meat, mushrooms, bamboo shoots and garlic wine sauce, stir-frying them separately, stewing them in chicken soup, then using a Ge Fen spoon, and finally adding a handful of chopped green onion and pepper.
