Tools/materials: perch, shredded onion, salt, peanut oil, onion, ginger, garlic, cooking wine, steamed fish and soy sauce, millet spicy.
1. Wash perch, cut onion into sections, shred the other part (soaked in cold water), slice garlic and shred ginger.
