It’s called turbot, it’s turbot!
Turbo fish belongs to the family Plaiceidae, commonly known as European flounder, and is called "turbo fish" in China. The body is flat and almost round, with the eyes on the left side. The eye side is greenish-brown with a few prickles; the eyeless side is smooth and white, and the dorsal fin and buttocks have no hard bodies and are longer.
