0/50g of glutinous rice/kloc-,50g of ripe and tender corn kernels, red bean paste and a proper amount of fried white sesame seeds;
Exercise:
1. Soak the glutinous rice for about 4 hours after cleaning, put a proper amount of water in the steamer to boil, put the glutinous rice on the steamer (be careful not to burn your hands), cover the lid, steam over high fire for about 30 minutes, and take it out after steaming;
2. Put the steamed glutinous rice, corn kernels and red bean paste into a large bowl, put on disposable gloves, mix well and knead into balls;
3. Evenly sprinkle a thin layer of white sesame seeds on the chopping board, and roll rice balls on it to become sesame seeds.
Experience sharing:
1, when steaming glutinous rice, put enough water in the steamer to prevent it from burning dry;
2. The corn kernels I used have been steamed in advance, so I can steam the corn and glutinous rice together.
