Seasoning: fermented milk, chopped green onion, pepper, garlic, salt and soy sauce.
How to cook steamed meat with potato flour;
1. Cut potatoes into hob blocks, soak them in clear water for 10 minute, wash off starch, chop ginger into powder, and chop garlic into powder;
2. Cut the pork belly into 3 cm square pieces, then wash and drain;
3. Pour Jiang Mo, minced garlic and pork belly into the pot and stir evenly;
4. Add a proper amount of salt, soy sauce, soy sauce and salad oil and stir evenly;
5. Add a little water to the raw flour to make wet starch and pour it into the meat;
6. Continue to stir by hand, so that all raw materials are fully mixed;
7. Finally, pour in the steamed meat powder, stir it evenly, so that each piece of meat is evenly wrapped with rice flour, covered with plastic wrap and marinated for 2 hours;
8. Match a steaming tray with potatoes at the bottom and spread the marinated meat on it. Remember: it must be tiled, not piled together, and tiling will make the ingredients evenly heated;
9. Put the steamed pork in a steamer and steam it for about 1 hour. Take it out and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
