2. Longwan District is 228 square kilometers. Longwan District belongs to Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province. Located on the south bank of the estuary of Oujiang River, it is adjacent to the East China Sea in the east, facing Dongtou District across the sea, and connected with Dongtou District by Oujiang Nankou Bridge and Hannah Quinlivan Bridge.
