China Fishery Administration 3 1 1 was originally South China Sea Fleet South Rescue 503 and was a 922 II rescue ship. 1May 5, 970, 708 sent a message about "building a salvage ship in the South China Sea", and in July of the same year14,708 put forward the design scheme. 1971April 15, the joint review meeting of 922 Ⅱ technical design was held in Guangzhou. 1971On September 20th, Guangzhou Shipyard officially started construction of the 922 Ⅱ salvage ship. The ship was launched on September 27th. 1973. Later, the compression chamber and the diving lifesaving clock were designed and manufactured. /kloc-0 conducted mooring test in August, 1975, and/kloc-0 conducted routine navigation test on February 24th, 1976. The diving salvage test officially started on April 23rd, 1976/kloc-0 and ended on June 4th, 1976/kloc-0. On June 30th, the ship was delivered and served in Yulin Salvage Brigade of South China Sea Fleet, with the ship number J503. At the end of 2006, as a national official ship, it was handed over to Nanhai District Fishery Bureau. June 65438+February 65438+June 2008, trial voyage in Guangzhou Dengtai Shipyard. At 0 1 1 on March 7th, 2009, China Fishery Administration 3 1 1 arrived in Yongxing Island, Xisha, to perform the task of declaring national maritime sovereignty and defending the rights and interests of fisheries and fishermen in the South China Sea of China.
In the future, the 3 1 1 ship will mainly carry out cruise management in the exclusive economic zone, protection and escort of fishing in southwest China and Saudi Arabia, joint supervision in Beibu Gulf and rescue of fishery accidents.
In recent years, the number of fishing boats illegally entering the waters under the jurisdiction of China in the South China Sea has obviously increased, and even some countries' law enforcement vessels have turned a blind eye to China's sovereignty and detained China fishing boats in the traditional territorial waters of the South China Sea in China. China Fishery Administration plans to further declare China's sovereignty over the South China Sea Islands through a series of actions such as escort and fishing protection.
