Stewed pork ribs with potato and fungus;
Ingredients: 700g pork chop, 400g diced potatoes (dehydrated) and 30g auricularia auricula.
Seasoning: 6g salt, vinegar, chicken essence, onion, ginger, star anise, cinnamon, 2 tbsp cooking wine.
1. Wash the ribs, blanch them with clear water, remove them and rinse them with clear water.
2. Hair black fungus with water, remove impurities and wash.
3. Peel potatoes, wash them and cut them into large pieces.
4. Take a casserole, put half a pot of water, put down the ribs, ginger, onion, star anise, cinnamon and a little vinegar, bring to a boil with high fire and simmer for 80 minutes.
Add potatoes
6. Add black fungus.
7. Bring the potatoes to a boil and simmer until the potatoes are cooked. Add some cooking wine and salt and cook for 5 minutes. Remove onion knots and add chicken essence and chopped green onion.
