Production method:

Miluo zongzi
Zongzi was called "dumpling rice" in ancient times. Originated in Miluo, it is said that it was invented to sacrifice Qu Yuan who threw himself into the river. Miluo Zongzi has always been famous for its variety and exquisite production. Among them, roasted dumplings are carefully made, glutinous rice must be the best, and pork should be made in three layers. First, it is fragrant and rotten, plus mushrooms, shrimps, lotus seeds and braised pork soup, sugar and so on.
