Some people also like to eat small fish balls without stuffing, which are specially made by people and are very elastic.

Fixed edge paste, also known as pot edge paste, is a famous specialty in Fujian. This is a perfect breakfast, with fried buns and oil cakes. Pan-side paste (diced batter) is made of clam juice as soup, cooked in a pot, and then ground rice paste is poured around the pot. After scalding the rice slurry on the pot, scrape it into the soup with a spatula, and add celery, onion, shrimp skin, mushrooms and other seasonings. The cooked pot is a pot of boiling "pot-side paste".

Laohua
