Method/steps:
1. Prepare the raw materials and soak the vermicelli in warm water for a while in advance.
2. Add appropriate amount of water to the pot and bring to a boil, add vermicelli and cook for three to four minutes.
3. Take it out and soak it in cold water.

Notes:
1. Boil the vermicelli for a while and then put it in cold water before cooking. The vermicelli cooked in this process will be more delicious;
