Fried Rice Cake
Raw materials:
Rice cake, garlic, pork, mushrooms, salad oil, sugar, soy sauce, salt, cooking wine, sweet noodle sauce, starch, chicken essence and pepper.
Making:
1. Slice the rice cake, shred the pork and cut the garlic.
2. Marinate shredded pork with soy sauce, chicken essence, starch and cooking wine for a few minutes.
3. Cook the rice cake in boiling water until it becomes soft, take it out and soak it in cold water for later use.

5. 3 "Fried Rice Cake"

Bao rice cake
Raw materials: glutinous rice 1000g, sugar, hemp seed, green plum, raisins, melon strips, white lotus, peaches and lard 20g.
Practice: Wash the glutinous rice first, soak it in water for 24 hours, then steam it in a drawer, take it out and mash it with a wooden stick, spread it out and cool it, rub the white sugar evenly into stuffing, brush lard on a square plate, spread the mashed glutinous rice to a thickness of 1cm, put appropriate stuffing in each layer, spread it in three layers, and cut it into small pieces with a knife after steaming.
Sandwich rice cake
Raw materials: glutinous rice1000g, green shredded pork, adzuki bean and sugar 50g each.
Practice: Wash and soak glutinous rice for 24 hours, then steam it in a drawer, take it out and mash it with a wooden stick, then spread it into two pieces, cook adzuki beans and add sugar, then add green and red silk to make stuffing and sprinkle it on one of them, then put a field on the stuffing and compact it, and then cut it into pieces with a knife.
Fried white rice cake
Raw materials: glutinous rice 1000g, tea oil 100g.
Practice: Wash the glutinous rice and soak it, drain the water drawer and steam it, then take it out and mash it with a wooden stick, press it into pieces, cut it into small pieces of about 50g with a knife, put the rice cake in a boiling oil pan, and take it out when it turns white.
Fried Rice Cake
Raw materials: glutinous rice1000g, japonica rice 250g, sugar, osmanthus sauce, lard 50g each and peanut oil 200g.

Fried rice cake with crab powder
Materials:
One Shanghai rice cake and six tablespoons of crab powder (pre-disassembled can be purchased at the crab shop).
