What are the delicious methods of beans necessary for home cooking?
My favorite "stewed ribs with lobster sauce" is my next meal artifact. Potatoes are washed, peeled and cut into hob pieces. In another pot, stir-fry ginger slices, stir-fry ribs until they change color, add a little soy sauce and sugar to taste, and serve. Stir-fry the beans first, until the beans and ribs are cut off, put them in a casserole, add broth, bring them to a boil with high fire, add some salt, and cover the pot to simmer. Stew for about 40 minutes. When the beans turn dark yellow-green, add potato pieces, mix well and continue to stew. Stewed and served, perfect.
