Ingredients: sparerib, lobster sauce, ginger and garlic.
Exercise:
1. Wash the ribs and put them in a bowl. Add minced ginger and garlic, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon bean paste, a little salt and pepper, 1 tablespoon starch and 2 tablespoons lobster sauce, and marinate evenly for 20 minutes.
2. Prepare the steamer. After the water boils, add the ribs and steam 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped green onion.
