Ingredients
180g vegetables, 70g shrimps, half a can of tuna, half a lemon, a little sea salt, a little black pepper, a little spices
Method
p>1: Boil the water, add the frozen vegetables, blanch them and drain them!
2: Put the shrimp into the original water and add a few drops of wine to remove the fishy smell! When the shrimps are cooked, remove and dry them for later use.
3: Open the can of tuna, scoop out half the can, and pour out the water in the can! Add a pinch of sea salt and black pepper to taste and chop the tuna into small pieces with a fork. Costco’s canned tuna is used here because the protein content is double that of domestic canned tuna!
4: Pour all ingredients into the bowl and mix well. Add sea salt, black pepper, spices, etc., and lemon juice to taste and mix well.
