The materials to be prepared in advance include: 125g of brown wheat flour, 2g of salt, 2g of baking powder, 5g of oil and 7g of clear water.
1. All the materials are mixed together and stirred into a floccule.
2. Knead the dough, wrap it with plastic wrap and let it stand for more than 1 hour.
3. Rub it into strips, flatten it by hand, and cut it into equal parts, about 5mm thick and 3mm wide.
4 or 2 pieces are stacked together and pressed with chopsticks.
5. The oil pan must be hot and deep-fried. Generally, it will be more brittle if it is fried again, and then it will be taken out, thus it is finished.
