Composition details
The main ingredient is 500 grams of prawn.

Steps of boiling shrimp
1 Wash the prawns, fry the shrimps until cooked, and drain them for later use.

Pour a little oil into the pot. When it is 60% hot, add chopped green onion and ginger, and pour in a little white wine.

After the water boils, add the new prawns and cook them.

Most northerners have a conceptual confusion about "boiled shrimp", thinking that boiled shrimp is cooked in boiling water and fished out. Actually, it is not.
