Materials
Rice, seaweed slices, ingredients: 1 slice of cheese, ham, cucumber (you can also choose pickled mustard tuber and crab roe, etc.)
Practice
1. Chop the ham and cucumber into small pieces, and be sure to cut the ingredients into pieces to stick with the rice.
2. Mix the sliced ham, cucumber and cheese with the rice.
3. Take a piece of plastic wrap, put the mixed rice on it, wrap it into strips, compact it and roll it into a cylinder. (See the picture below)
4. Open the plastic wrap and cut the rice ball into small pieces with a knife.
5. Cut the seaweed slices into small pieces and put them on the plate. Put the cut rice balls on the seaweed slices and eat them with the rice balls.
