The following items are provided by schools and bases for reference only.
clothes
Military training clothes include a long-sleeved shirt, two trousers, two lined short sleeves, a hat, a pair of rubber shoes and a belt. These clothes are made of quick-drying materials, so although it's just that (short sleeves are comfortable enough), it's enough to change one every day. Before military training, I bought a pair of rubber shoes for military training at my own expense, which are similar to those issued by the school. The trousers and short sleeves in the above clothes are recommended to be washed every day. I washed my coat once at the weekend, because my pants and short sleeves can be worn every other day and my coat must be worn every day. But don't underestimate your coat, or you will get a darker tan.
What you need to bring: underwear and socks, which can be your own underwear and socks (suggestions 3-4), or you can buy disposable underwear and socks. The advantage of the former is that it is (probably) more comfortable, but the disadvantage is that it needs to be washed by itself, which is a big weakness during the military training that is very tired every day. The latter does not need to be washed by itself, but it costs more money.
Insole. Any insole will do. Unless the arch is perfect, you can't even keep your posture for half an hour at the beginning of training every day. Insoles are very important, and the sweat-absorbing type is the most perfect.
Pajamas Pajamas are related to personal habits, and boys who like to sleep naked can not wear them.
You can take one or two towels to take a shower and wash your hair.
Slippers and your most comfortable shoes. One of the reserved items in military training is long-distance running training. You can wear your own shoes that day. Please be sure to bring comfortable shoes.
eat
There are two military training canteens, each of which can accommodate about 1000 people. The military training on 20 18 is with the state customs, so all the students from Beiwai are in the 1 canteen. It is possible to occupy two canteens this year. The canteen is very hot and there is no air conditioning (I don't know if it was installed later). The staple food every morning is porridge or steamed bread, with soy milk and eggs. At noon, the food is four dishes and one soup (or three dishes), including a vegetarian dish, a meat-based dish, a soup and a mixed dish of meat and vegetables. Each person can get 1-2 watermelons per meal. For the food in the military training canteen, most people seldom use chopsticks. First, it is really not delicious, and second, it is too hot to have an appetite. But be sure to eat rice and watermelon, or you won't keep training.
The military training base has a canteen and basic snacks, but there is no fruit. So basically don't expect military training to lose weight, it's too difficult. Snack conscience recommendation is instant noodles. (But basically, it is dominated by heavy taste, and the lightest taste is braised beef, followed by Laotan sauerkraut and spicy beef. )
During the mid-range condolences, the school will distribute snacks to everyone, including chocolate, fruit, beef and other snacks.
Unless you really want to eat, it is not recommended to bring your own snacks, because you may not have the time and appetite to eat.
