Braised pork with plum vegetables looks like a dish. In fact, there are two things to do, one is braised pork and the other is steamed lotus leaf cake. Step 1: Because it takes time to make dough, I make dough first. According to the ratio of flour and yeast 100: 1, add a little sugar, melt the yeast with warm water, add it into flour several times, stir it into flour floc, make it into smooth dough, and cover the container mouth with plastic wrap or plastic bag 1 hour.
Step 2: After the dough is made, I wash the plums and soak them in clear water, then slice the meat and marinate it with oyster sauce, soy sauce and soy sauce. Then, in a bowl, put the pickled meat slices on the bottom of the bowl one by one for later use.
Step 3: When the flour is ready for fermentation, squeeze out the soaked dried plums, stir-fry them with dried peppers, onions, ginger and garlic, stir-fry the dried plums, add soy sauce, salt, oyster sauce, thirteen spices and a little water for seasoning, and put the dried plums and soup on the coded meat slices. Don't steam it in a cage yet. Later, steam it in a pot with lotus leaf cakes and take it out together.
Step 4: Knead the dough on the chopping board for a long time, knead it into strips, put it into a dough extruder with the same size, roll the dough into buns, brush the dough with thin oil once, fold the dough in half, and finally press two patterns on the folded dough with a knife back, and the lotus leaf cake blank is finished.
Step 5: Put the green lotus leaf cake and braised pork in the bowl into a cage in layers, steam it for 15 minutes, and then take it out of the pot. Cover the button bowl with a plate, turn it over and buckle it.
Finish the braised pork with a plum dish and eat it with a lotus leaf cake. It's delicious. Since learning this dish, children are not picky about food on holidays.
