What dishes can I fry with leftover fried sauce?
Braised mushrooms in fried sauce is a must-have dish in rainy days. You can eat it right away when you get home late. The meat is well cooked and nutritious. It is also appropriate to pour it on rice as a cover rice or bring it to the company as a working lunch.

Fried mushrooms

Preparation materials:

Cooked fried sauce 100g (see here for details) 200g of various mushrooms (I used Pleurotus eryngii, white mushrooms and straw mushrooms).

Prepare seasoning:

A spoonful of oil, black pepper1g.

Production process:

1. Dice Pleurotus eryngii and cut other mushrooms in half.

2. Heat the oil in the pan, stir-fry the mushrooms until soft, add the fried sauce, stir well and add a little water.

3, simmer for about 5 minutes, watch the mushrooms soften, wait for the soup to dry, add black pepper and mix well.

Tip:

There are not too many restrictions on mushrooms, just use fresh mushrooms you like.

The fried sauce is salty, and there is no need to add salt to the stewed mushrooms.
