Teppanyaki braised fish
1 Slaughter and clean the live fish and fry them in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Add ginger and garlic, fry in oil, and pour starch on the fish.
3 Add broth, salt, sugar, cooking wine and monosodium glutamate into a bowl for later use.
4 Teppanyaki is hot, add vegetable oil and onion, add palace fish, add juice, sprinkle with green pepper powder and chopped green onion.
