Ingredients: elbow 1, cooking wine 1 tablespoon, 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 6-8 pieces of crystal sugar, ginger onion, salt, ginger slices, cinnamon, pepper and star anise.
