Cold noodle practice
1. Prepare 250g frozen handmade noodles.
2. Take a proper amount of sunflower seeds and heat them in an oil pan for later use.
3. Shred cucumber and carrot separately.
4, garlic, parsley minced.
5. Drain the sesame sauce with clear water, and gradually add the water (ignore my horrible bowl! )。
6. Fully mix the drained sesame paste, shredded cucumber, shredded carrot, minced garlic, minced coriander, soy sauce, salt, sunflower oil and a little sugar.
7. Cook noodles in another pot.
8. Take out the noodles, add the prepared shredded cucumber and other ingredients and mix well.
