1. Mixed dregs, also known as "lazy bean dregs" and "lazy bean curd". It is a home-cooked dish in Yichang, Enshi and other places in Hubei. Widely distributed in southwest Hubei where Tujia and Han nationalities live together. Locals call it "lazy tofu". There is a folk proverb of Tujia people in southwest Hubei, "Chili is salt, and slag is mixed with Chinese New Year". Restaurants in Yichang and Enshi regard it as a local dish;

2. Enshi bean skin. It is a local specialty snack in Enshi, Hubei. The main means of production are potatoes, corn and rice. The finished product is milky white in color and has a faint fragrance. There are two main methods, one is cooking, and the other is frying, which have now become tourist food and folk breakfast;

3. Slag cake. Its history can be traced back to the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period. Tusi, a Tujia tribe in Enshi, located in Chu, turned Tujia biscuits into tributes to the King of Chu, which was deeply appreciated and loved by the King of Chu and the concubines in the palace, and was a traditional tribute of Tujia people. This kind of sesame seed cake has become an indispensable food for Wenshang people and Miao people.
