Tools/materials: flour, skim milk, yeast.
1. First, the yeast is melted in milk at about 30 degrees, then the flour is sieved and kneaded into dough, covered with plastic wrap, and fermented for about 1 hour.
2. Take out the fermented dough and knead it evenly. Knead evenly and exhaust, then relax for about 10 minutes.
3. Knead the dough into long strips and divide it evenly into 5 parts.
4. Knead each dough into the shape of steamed bread and knead it until smooth.
5. Add a proper amount of water to the steamer, put it on the steamer, bring it to a boil over high fire, and steam for about 10 to 15 minutes, depending on the size of the steamed bread.
