1. Wash the bought chicken breast and carefully remove the fascia. Be sure to clean the ingredients to avoid hygiene problems.
2. Cut the chicken breast into thick strips, then put it in a plate, add cooking wine, salt and white pepper to marinate, and wait patiently 10 minute.
3. After ten minutes, paste the chicken fillet with starch one by one. Remember, paste the flour evenly to avoid uneven frying.
4. Then heat the oil in the pot, shake off the excess starch on the chicken fillet, leave the starch stuck on it, and fry it in the oil one by one until it is golden.

Precautions:
Don't put the chicken fillet directly on the plate. Use a colander to control the oil on the chicken fillet before putting it on the plate.
