Chopped green onions
Steamed eggs, almost perfect steamed eggs! Practice of
Beat 2 eggs in a bowl, and then use half of the eggshell as a container to add water. Add 4 eggshell water to each egg, so add 8 eggshell water to 2 eggs! Please throw the eggshell away after adding it, in the trash can, not in the bowl, thank you!
Start to circle in one direction with chopsticks, don't beat eggs in the conventional way! Row for a while until the eggs are dissolved in water. Add salt and drain for a while. You can put it aside.
Put water in the pot and cook it on the stove, and prepare chopped green onion at the same time, because even if the egg is scratched in front, there will still be some small bubbles, which will disappear just by washing and cutting the onion.
Put chopped green onion into the egg mixture and wrap the bowl with aluminum foil. The water is boiling, put the bowl in, turn down the fire, cover it, and wait for 8 minutes.
1. Boil the boiling water first and let it stand for a while. The temperature is about 90 degrees. Don't put boiling water in it, and don't leave boiled eggs open. Otherwise, steamed eggs have holes, because there are bubbles in unopened water, which is very important.
2. Beat the eggs with salt until the end, put them in a steamer with boiling water, add at least 65,438+0: 65,438+0 of water (personal preference), and steam them on high fire for 5 minutes (I put 2 eggs, more to reduce the length).
3. Open the lid and add chopped green onion (not so fragrant, the hue is not good-looking), steam for another minute, open the lid and add sesame oil and soy sauce, and finish!
Note: If you want to know whether the egg is cooked, just put a spoon in the middle. If the water is clear, it means it is cooked.
