2. Fresh candidates with outstanding ideological and political morality in high school;

3. Candidates who have won the first prize in the provincial division of the National Middle School Students' Subject Olympic Competition or the first, second and third prizes in the national finals of senior secondary education;

4. Candidates who won the first and second prizes in the National Youth Science and Technology Innovation Competition (including the national youth biological and environmental science practice activities) or the "Tomorrow's Little Scientist" award activities or the national primary and secondary school computer production activities in the senior secondary education stage;

5. Candidates who won prizes in the International Science and Engineering Grand Prix or the International Environmental Research Project Olympic Competition in the high school education stage;

6. Fresh candidates who won the top six in major international sports competitions or national sports competitions in the senior secondary education stage (the original entry scores must be issued) and won the title of national second-class athletes (inclusive) or above;

7. Retired soldiers who have won the second class merit citation (inclusive) or been awarded the honorary title by units above the military region (inclusive) during their service;

8. I and my legal guardian are registered in Sanya, Wuzhishan, Dongfang City, Ledong, Baoting, Qiongzhong and other ethnic autonomous counties, as well as townships where ethnic minorities live in concentrated communities (Yanglan Town, Nanfeng Town and Yaxing Town of Danzhou City; Huishan Town, qionghai city; Li Ji Town, Wanning City, the original Meixin Township and nanqiao town, the original Niulou Town, Sangluo Town and Peking University Town of Changfeng Town; Nankun Town, Tunchang, the same below), and graduated from senior secondary education schools in these areas, and at the same time applied for cities and counties in these areas (hereinafter referred to as minority candidates in ethnic minority areas).

Candidates in any of the following circumstances, apply for schools inside and outside the province, and increase the file adjustment 10 on the basis of candidates' admission scores.

1. Self-employed retired soldiers;

2 returned overseas Chinese, returned overseas Chinese children and overseas Chinese children;

3. Candidates from Taiwan Province Province;

4. Children of martyrs.

Candidates in any of the following circumstances, when applying for schools in the province, will be increased by 20 points on the basis of candidates' admission scores.

In the stage of senior secondary education, fresh candidates who participated in art, music (vocal music, instrumental music, dance), calligraphy and program host competitions sponsored by the Ministry of Education and won the third prize (inclusive) or above in individual works and individual competitions.

Candidates in any of the following circumstances, when applying for colleges and universities in the province, will be given 10 points on the basis of candidates' admission scores.

1. In the senior secondary education stage, the fresh candidates who participated in or participated in the art, music (vocal music, instrumental music, dance), calligraphy and program host competitions organized by the Provincial Department of Education won the second prize (inclusive) or above for their personal works and individual competitions;

2. In the stage of senior secondary education, participating in sports competitions organized or participated by the Provincial Department of Education (excluding juvenile competitions) won the top five in individual events or the top three in the collective, and at the same time won the title of national second-class athlete (inclusive) or reached the competition performance standard of second-class athletes (the top three in discus, shot put, javelin and all-around events are not required to win the title of national second-class athlete at the same time);

3. The high school education stage was rated as a fresh candidate for provincial outstanding student cadres;

4. Children of officers and men who have been stationed in Xisha for more than half a year and are still working in Xisha at the time of college entrance examination registration;

5. Candidates with only children and two female ligation households in rural areas;

6. Candidates whose household registration is in Sanya, Wuzhishan, Dongfang City, ethnic autonomous counties and towns inhabited by ethnic minorities, who have graduated from senior secondary education schools in these areas and applied for examinations in cities and counties in these areas, and ethnic minority candidates whose household registration is in Hainan Middle School, Guoxing Middle School, Middle School Affiliated to Hainan Normal University, hainan overseas chinese middle school and Hainan Agricultural Reclamation Middle School in these areas.

If the same candidate can enjoy multiple conditions of increasing points and shifting files, only the highest score will be taken, and the highest score will not exceed 20 points.
