There is an electric pressure cooker at home, which has fermentation function. I woke up twice as big in an hour, and poked a hole with my hand without rebounding. Fermentation takes five or six hours in winter and about two hours in summer. I checked myself and woke up twice as big.

There is no obvious bubble on the section. I don't care, because I didn't have a sesame powder mixer after I finished, so it was a little rough. I personally like it.

Knead it into long strips, cut it into small rectangles with a knife, and steam it in a pot for 20 minutes (as long as the first one is twice as big as the second one, it's okay if it's not twice as big, and it will expand after steaming), which is obviously bigger.

Put it into the pot, cover the pot and let the water boil 16 minutes. Don't open it in a hurry after the ceasefire (it will retract), press it for three minutes.

My pot cover will be lifted by steam, so I chose a white mask to surround the pot cover to enhance the steam in the pot. Or find a heavy object to hold it down.

Tips for sesame steamed bread
1 flour absorbs water differently, so you can also check the water quantity yourself. For beginners, knead it dry, so that it can be shaped and the dough is smooth.
The dough should be covered all the time, otherwise the water will evaporate and the dough will harden.
3 sugar I like sweet, and I have a daughter who likes sweet at home. You can try to see if the dough can increase or decrease the sugar by itself.
Remember that steamed bread can't be opened during the whole cooking process, it will shrink or wake up unhappy.
5 Pour water into the pot, and the sugar will boil and melt. When it's cold, you can pour all the ingredients into the pot, and you can ferment it without tens of degrees.
Yeast is directly mixed with flour, so it is safe not to melt in warm water. If the water is scalded, the yeast will die.
There is sesame powder in my menu, or you can beat the whole grains in the soymilk machine and mix them in the flour.
