In our bird's nest producing area, there are many ways to stew papaya with bird's nest. The following are the three most common ways to make food: the amount of food eaten by four people or four people can be obtained by multiplying the amount of one person by four.
Exercise one,
Ingredients: 5 grams of dried bird's nest, less than 500 grams of papaya, and appropriate amount of rock sugar.
Braised method: stew the foamed bird's nest with 150cc cold water, add appropriate amount of rock sugar, add water and stew, and take out the stewed bird's nest 30 minutes after the water in the outer pot boils. Cut open the papaya, remove the seeds, put the stewed bird's nest into the papaya, cover the papaya, and stew in a dish for 10 minutes.

Ingredients: about 5 grams of bird's nest, 50 grams of diced papaya, and appropriate amount of rock sugar.
Stewing method: Boil the foamed bird's nest, 200c.c water, diced papaya and appropriate amount of rock sugar in water for 30 minutes.
Exercise 3,
Stewed bird's nest with papaya and milk
Ingredients: 5g dried bird's nest, 200c.c fresh milk, water 100c.c, and appropriate amount of rock sugar.
Production method: stew bird's nest, papaya and 100c.c water together, boil the water for 20 minutes, then turn it into concentrated bird's nest, add 200c.c fresh milk, stew for 5 minutes, and then mix with appropriate amount of rock sugar, both hot and cold.
All of the above belong to one person. Choose freshly cooked papaya, but don't cook it.
Note: papaya can also be made into juice (diluted with cold water) and stewed with bird's nest in water for 20 minutes, and then stewed with appropriate amount of rock sugar for 5 minutes. General dry bird's nest soaking 1-2 hours. Swallow lanterns are gently kneaded or torn by hand for later use. Many people will ask, the water for soaking bird's nest can't be directly used to stew bird's nest, but it can. Bird's nest belongs to water-soluble protein. Dry bird's nest is washed with clear water before soaking. The water soaked in bird's nest can be stewed directly.
