It was my sophomore year, and I lost weight by studying. Really, that week, I didn't eat anything, but drank a proper amount of water. When I was really hungry, my mother cooked with boiling water and just ate a few trees, so don't eat too much.
At that time, apart from attending classes every day, I didn't participate in self-study. I ran five laps before studying in the morning, five laps at noon, one and a half hours of fitness class at around 3 pm, and two hours of Taekwondo class after 6 pm. (Taekwondo is before class, the teacher asks to run 8 laps, each lap is 400 meters). I think learning should also be included.
Remember ~ I don't eat anything. If I am really hungry, I will eat boiled water and boiled vegetables. After 9: 30 in the evening, I will go out for a run by myself, which is about 1 500 meters. Remember to run, don't go.
After returning home 1 1 or so, lie in bed and sit for 500 kicks (like riding a bicycle, keep your back straight).
So the whole body hurts the next day, and then it depends on your own perseverance. I persisted for a week, not only lost 14 Jin, but also lost a lot in the eyes of others. Of course, at that time, because I didn't eat anything just to lose weight, I was in a bad mood every day and avoided quarreling with others, especially my family. I was so hungry that I didn't even have the strength to sing. The key is my perseverance.
This is my personal experience. Give up if you can't stand it.
