The above dishes are my favorite family dinner set for several reasons: the combination of meat and vegetables, complete chicken, duck, fish and vegetables. There are light, heavy, sweet, spicy, salty, heat-clearing (andrographis paniculata) and dryness (old duck soup). Suitable for all ages. I hope I can help you.
