1. Wash the mushrooms, remove the mushroom roots, garlic, and green peppers and cut them into pieces for later use.
2. Add chopped garlic and pepper to the oil pan and stir-fry until fragrant. Add chili powder, cumin powder, sesame seeds, salt, and light soy sauce, stir-fry together, and put into a bowl.
3. Put the fresh mushrooms in the microwave and bake for 4-7 minutes until the mushrooms become soft. Add the fried sauce and you are done.
