2. If there is no discomfort, you can give a proper amount of clean liquid diet the next day, 50 ml ~ 80 ml/time.
3. On the third day, give the whole amount of liquid, each time 100 ~ 150 ml. 6 ~ 7 meals a day, the diet principle is: food is non-irritating, liquid, eat less and eat more meals every 2 ~ 3 hours, and choose foods that are not flatulent but not sweet, such as egg soup, rice soup, vegetable soup and lotus root starch. It is advisable to lie flat for 20 ~ 30 minutes after meals.
4. If you return to normal after operation, you can eat a low-fat semi-liquid diet, such as porridge, noodles and wonton. 5 ~ 6 meals a day for two weeks after operation. Dietary principle: semi-liquid, its protein content meets the normal requirements, and its fiber content is very small, so eat a little more.
5. Patients can have soft meals after discharge. Staple food and side dishes should be nutritious and easy to digest. They should not eat food that stimulates flatulence, such as cold food, fried food, hot and sour food. Patients should chew slowly, eat more fresh fruits and vegetables, avoid high-fat foods and pickled products, supplement iron and vitamins in moderation, avoid alcohol and tobacco, and eat regularly. After 3 to 6 months, you can gradually return to normal diet according to your physical condition.
6. The patient's diet should be conscious, low residue, mild and easy to digest, eat less and eat more meals, and avoid a diet that is too sweet, salty and thick. If symptoms such as nausea and bloating appear after eating, patients should stop eating.
