What is the mutton ribs stewed with?
You can stew it with white radish to make stewed lamb chops and radish soup.

Preparation materials: 300g of white radish, appropriate amount of onion, appropriate amount of coriander, appropriate amount of ginger, appropriate amount of star anise, appropriate amount of cinnamon, 800g of lamb chops and appropriate amount of fragrant leaves.

First, the first step is to wash and cut the lamb chops and put them aside, as shown in the figure below.
