Ingredients: eggplant, zucchini, tomato
Accessories: oil, salt, thirteen spices, soy sauce, starch, sugar and water.
Operating steps:
1. Cut eggplant, zucchini and tomato into hob blocks, and stir the soy sauce, sugar, thirteen spices, salt and starch into juice for later use.
2. Put the oil in the pot. When the oil is hot, add the eggplant pieces and stir fry.
3. After the eggplant becomes soft, add the zucchini pieces and stir fry (add some water if it is too dry).
4. When the eggplant and zucchini pieces are ripe, stir-fry the tomato pieces until they are soft.
5. After all the ingredients are fried, pour the prepared bowl of juice before cooking.
6. All ingredients can be eaten after being evenly wrapped in juice.
