Ingredients
Main ingredients: 300 grams of ribs, appropriate amount of cooked white sesame seeds, appropriate amount of chopped green onion, appropriate amount of chili powder, appropriate amount of Orleans grilled wings
Accessory ingredients: salt 1 teaspoon, 1 and a half tablespoons of oyster sauce, 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce
1. Soak in water for about 2 hours, changing the water several times in between.
2. Add a small spoonful of salt (about 3-4 grams), 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce, a tablespoon and a half of light soy sauce, and an appropriate amount of New Orleans grilled wing powder.
3. Mix the seasonings and refrigerate overnight. The longer it takes, the more flavorful it will be. It should take at least 2 hours. It is best to turn it several times in the middle so that each rib is soaked in the juice.
4. When it is time to bake the next day, line the baking sheet with tin foil and place the ribs one by one.
5. Cover with tin foil. Place in the middle rack of the oven and bake at about 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
6. Open the tin foil, sprinkle an appropriate amount of white sesame seeds and chili powder, and return to the oven to bake for 5 minutes.
7. Take out the baking pan, pour out the juice, turn the ribs over, sprinkle some white sesame seeds and chili powder, and bake again for 5 minutes.
8. Finally sprinkle with chopped green onions and return to the oven to simmer for two to three minutes.
