Cui's achievements
1964 graduated from Beijing Service Management School, majoring in cooking. In the same year, I worked as a cold dish chef at Sichuan Hotel in Beijing.

1970 was transferred to Beijing quanjude roast duck restaurant as a chef, 1974 studied under Wang Chunlong, a famous chef of the whole duck banquet. 198 1 won the first place as a knife worker in the Beijing Cooking Competition.

1982, led the team to work in Shinlang Hotel in Tokyo, Japan for two years, and once cooked a meal for the Japanese emperor, which was well received.

1985 transferred to Beijing International Hotel as the chef of Shandong cuisine restaurant.

1987 participated in the Beijing cold dish competition and won the first place in the group.

1993 won the gold medal in the third national cooking competition.

1997 was interviewed by the column "Women hold up half the sky" of Beijing TV Station, 1998 retired from the international hotel.

1999 at the invitation of Tokyo TV, Japan, participated in the Iron Man Competition of Cuisine, defeated Jianyi Chen, the ever-victorious champion of Japan, and won the title of Iron Man of Chinese Cuisine, which caused a great sensation in Japan.

In 2004, he was awarded the Special Contribution Award by Beijing Cuisine Association.
