Yichun, Jiangxi is rich in delicious food, including Baoyuan, prickly chicken, fried noodles, frozen rice candy in Fengcheng, Yifeng pine meat, Yuanzhou wormwood cake, spiced chicken, salted duck with camphor tree, old chicken soup and Wanzai braised pork. These foods have their own characteristics. For example, frozen rice candy is a local specialty food in Yichun. Now there is a more literary name called Jiangnan Xiaoqie, but locals still like to call it frozen rice candy.
