First, open the scrapbooking client and click the Start Making option above.

Second, on the pop-up page, click on the video or picture and select the material to be used.

Third, find the text menu below and add new subtitles according to the prompts.

4. Click the new text option at the bottom left to add text content to the video.

5. Next, choose to set the style and effect, and click OK on the right to save.

Sixth, then click on the text to read aloud, which will be read out according to the edited information, and the reading range will be adjusted left and right.
