For Sichuanese, which food tastes better, Cantonese food or Beijing food?
I think the only delicious food in Beijing is roast duck. We should eat authentic Quanjude at the Peace Gate. Zhajiang is also famous. People who like noodles may like it, which is completely different from Sichuan noodles. The bean juice, braised pork and fried liver in snacks are estimated to be enough once, but some people will like it very much. Others are home-cooked, such as the tofu feast in Yanqing, which I personally think is quite delicious. One thing is certain, Beijing cuisine is not as rich as Sichuan cuisine, with monotonous taste and overall salty taste.
