Ingredients: zucchini, tomato, garlic cloves, salt and peanut oil.
Exercise:
1. Wash zucchini, remove pulp, and slice for later use;
2. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces for later use;
3. Slice peeled garlic for later use;
4. Heat a little peanut oil behind the pot, then add garlic cloves and stir fry;
5. After smelling the garlic, add the chopped zucchini and stir fry over high fire;

Fried zucchini with garlic
Ingredients: zucchini, oil, soy sauce, onion, ginger, garlic, salt and monosodium glutamate.
Exercise:

2. Chop the onion, ginger and garlic;
3. Put oil in the pot and saute shallots, ginger and garlic;
4. Add pumpkin slices and stir fry;
5. Add seasoning soy sauce and salt and stir fry;
6. Add monosodium glutamate to taste;
