How to make shrimp dumplings?
Composition:
Dried noodles 100g, corn starch 50g, lard 20g, fresh shrimp 180g, onion, pork fat, pepper, sugar and boiled water 100ml.
The method steps of jiaozi, the king of shrimp:
1, chop shrimp, chop pork fat into paste;
2. Mix the shrimp paste, fat pork and chopped green onion, add a little pepper and sugar, and marinate for about 15 minutes;
3. Mix the cooked noodles, corn starch, salt and boiled water, knead into dough, then cover and stew for about 5 minutes;
4. Add lard to the dough and knead it into smooth dough;
5. Take a small piece of dough, knead it into long strips, divide it into small pieces, then roll it into thin dough, add shrimp stuffing and knead it into jiaozi shape;
6. Finally, steam the wrapped shrimp dumplings in a steamer for about 5 minutes, and then take them out.
Tips:
When making shrimp dumplings, the thinner the dough, the better. Therefore, kneading dough is the key step. The longer the dough is kneaded, the more tough it will be.
